Please check with the physician or clinic that ordered your lab procedure to see what Corewell Health location they are affiliated with. If you need to have type and cross/screen blood drawn, you must have your blood work performed at the same location/hospital division where your surgery is scheduled. Please be advised that Patient Service Centers are CLOSED on the following major holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. Although walk-in patients are accepted, for your convenience, appointments are encouraged and take priority. A doctor's order is required for all laboratory tests.
